About

Peter Overton founded Overton Projects in 2010 after 15 years in the construction and property industry. Peter’s experience has involved working with: Cunic Constructions, a Hobart construction company; Bovis Lend Lease, a world leading project management and construction company; and UGL Services, an international end-to-end corporate real estate services provider. Peter has experience in all states of Australia, as well as international experience, providing project delivery services for corporate, government and private clients.

These projects have included small and large residential, heritage, commercial and industrial construction. Some highlights have included being the client side project manager providing an end to end solution for 4000 Government office workers in the Canberra CBD; and construction of a hi-tech manufacturing facility in Taiwan (86,000m2 in size and US$210M in value).
