Role: Client Representative over a 3 year period
Service Provided: Corporate governance and advice to the Parish Council; project oversight on behalf of the client including timing, design, approvals, construction, and cost management.

Service Provided: Various projects including IT Training Room fitout with Audio Visual System and replacement of all 52 toilets.

Project: Australian Taxation Office in Hobart CBD

Role: Builder
Service Provided: Supplementary Air Conditioning Unit in a Security Equipment Room; and 620 Electrical RCDs installed throughout the building over three weekends.

Project: Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade

Role: Design and Construct Builder
Service Provided: The client required fitout works to be delivered in an occupied office environment within a very tight timeframe. Overton Projects provided a design and construction service, including early procurement of long lead time items to achieve the timeframe. The works included physical and electronic security to Federal Government requirements; services changes; joinery and loose furniture.

Heritage

Project: St. Peters Heritage Church restoration

Role: Project and Construction Manager
Service Provided: Stone repairs, electrical re-wire and new lighting, joinery, painting, and lead light repairs.

Residential

Project: Common Ground Tasmania – 50 residential units
Value: $15M
Role: Consultant at handover stage
Service Provided: Final inspection and reporting of the 50 units and common areas at Campbell St; Procurement and contract execution for the Facility Manager of the Campbell and Goulburn St Common Ground Hobart sites.

Role: Development Manager
Service Provided: Management of development projects from the purchase of the site through to sales of the developed product. These developments have involved sites with up to 28 units, residential duplexes, land subdivisions and strata titles.
